  • We just got our first warehouse! (yay!). We're a few minutes from St.Louis.

13 Executive Drive, Suite 16, Fairview Heights, IL 62208

  • We strive to ship by the following business day. (We're a tiny team, so this can fluctuate during peak seasons.)

  • UPS Ground is our preferred service for our scratching boards and USPS for our catnip tins.

We may use another service if their shipping speed is faster. Some exceptions apply based on location.

  • Because cats are sensitive (and frankly, a little dramatic), we don’t accept returns. Once a product enters a home with a cat, it carries their scent—and while we love a generous donation, we’re unable to resell returned items. This helps us keep our quality high and ensures every customer receives a board that’s brand new, unscented, and safe for their own cat.

At More Cats Please, your cat’s well-being is our top priority. We design every product with care, and we stand behind its quality. But we also know cats can be weird. A lot of times, it’s not that they don’t like the board… it’s that they haven’t realized it’s theirs yet. So before you give up, below are a few things we highly recommend trying.

Still no luck? Reach out! I’ll troubleshoot with you and make sure you and your kitty are happy. Afterall, this is my dream company y’all-  I genuinely care about every single one of you. I want to help make big changes in the world of feline welfare, and I can’t do that without like-minded cat advocates like you.

- TIPS FOR INTRODUCTION -

Here are a few tips for introducing your new More Cats Please cardboard scratching pad to your cat:

1. Location is everything.

Put the board right where they’re already scratching — whether that’s your rug, your couch, or the corner of your soul. Cats are territorial, so familiar scent zones make them more likely to claim the board.

2. Use that sample of Milo’s Magic Seasoning. (it's why we call it magic, y'all)

Even if your cat’s never cared about catnip, trust us — this blend is different. It’s organic, human-grade, and blended with potent Matatabi powder we grind ourselves.  We’ve converted a lot of “my cat doesn’t like catnip” skeptics. Catnip acts as an attractant to pique their curiosity and lure them over to investigate. Once they get their little toes on the board, feel the texture and give it a pluck, that’s often all it takes!

3. Watch their body language.

If your cat lounges on the board but doesn’t scratch right away — that’s still a win. They're claiming it, scent-marking it, and enjoying the texture. Stretching out on it is a great use for it. Feline yoga isn’t just adorable — it's essential for mobility and joint health at every age. Our large size gives them the grip they need to stretch fully and safely.

3. Put your scent on it.

Cats know their world through scent, and the way you smell is familiar and comforting to them. Try laying a piece of clothing you’ve worn onto the board

4. Use it as a playtime mat.

Have playtime on the board. Use a laser pointer, ribbon or wand toy to lure your kitty to the board. Some kitties fall in love with “catching” their toys on the board since it gives them a satisfying crunch and rip like catching their prey. This is especially important for ending a laser pointer play session so they have a tactile reward.

4. Give it a few days.

Cats are suspicious of change (we respect it), but that doesn’t mean they won’t come around. Sometimes they just need to believe it was their idea all along.
